Hi, I'm trawling through Youtube, music collection etc looking for something current, blimey it's very difficult ! I'd like something pop/ charts current to suit the beat and then I'll look for an instrumental version (if one exists).

Any suggestions or ideas would be gratefully received. It needs to be something current as dd ants to connect with the music.
Thanks

Bearing in mind, you can adjust the bpm to suit for music with a suitable music editing programme :)
Anything dancy will have a fairly quick bpm, I don't really follow the pop charts so can't really give much idea, but I wouldn't get hung up on bpm! I found that with my pony, having something quick made her look and feel rushy to watch, even if she wasn't! So I went for something with less of a notable beat to it to stop that emphasis :)
I would listen to some tunes while watching your canter work and see what gives you a good feel :)

though you don't usually want to adjust it too much as you loose the quality in most programs. canter is usually slower than you think, part of my issue over the years is we have got a bit slower ;) 14.2. We have used rock DJ, all star (from shrek) which works well, and I wish I was james bond (scouting for girls) and the moby version of the james bond theme the latter three in fancy dress ;)
