My tb is developing a capped Elbow. He has always had thicker skin on & off in that area but I have never worried about it. I only noticed this around a week ago and it's sort of the size of a prune or apricot. Has anyone got any experience with this? I've been looking into getting a good boil boot but they're quite hard to find in the U.K. He is not lame or concerned when you touch it etc. thanks in advance.
 
You could try making one. Cut some pipe insulator and thread through a rolled dog collar. I was going to do this when I wanted a sausage boot, so don't know if it would work or not. Amazon also sell. Expensive at £40 though
 
Thanks for your reply. The boots on amazon were still coming from the us & barnstormers have discontinued the boot... but I managed to get hold of one second hand in facebook & I reckon the lump has already reduced in size by about a third so im going to keeep using it and carry on with cold hosing twice per day.
