What do you reckon? I live in a very horsey area, and apart from my own stuff (realised I have masses of spare after going through my tack room today) I could do sale or return for friends for a small fee. I know it would be hard work but I could build on it and maybe do a few local shows as well.

Anyone else here done similar, and is it a goer or not?
 
We tried one through the Riding Club a couple of years ago and I heard of another one just held recently - same problem at both, plenty folk wanting to sell and very few buying. Most folk went away either just covering their boot sale fee or out of pocket. It's a shame as you'd think that some folk would jump at the chance of a bargain, better than ebay as at least you get to check it out before you buy!
 
Ah, right, OK. I just had a thought that in these recessional times people might be looking for bargains. I think I'd probably need a trailer full of stock to make it pay. Hmmm going to have a re-think, thanks for your reply Nicnag.
