Is Group 7 on the insurance groups ridiculously expensive or resonable. im looking at investing in a 1.6 saxo. my current car is only group 5.

I think that is quite high.
I might be wrong but there are only 10 catageries?

my little car is in group one and that costs me a mint to insure but then I havent long passed my test . Roll on 1 yr NCB

There are 20 groups and the only way to find out is to call your insurer for a quote...

there is a website www.parkers.co.uk I think and you can check reviews on cars and they also give insurance groups
