Car trouble

Ive had my car for about 2 months but only started driving it last weekend. Last wednesday i was reversing and clipped the side of my car against a wooden pole, the car had no damage and neither did the pole, but now my confidence is a wreck, im fine going forward but have lost my confidence reversing and feel all stressed out when i know i have to park in a space and reverse out of it. Is it normal to have little things like this happen when you first start driving?

I'd go somewhere quiet and spend some time practising. You'll soon get your confidence back. I was terrible at reversing when I first started driving

- was always crashing into things

As long as you stay slow and check your mirrors you won't do any serious damage if you hit something
