Another thread has got me thinking about my old loan pony Blue who ended up at Pontcanna when his owner was forced to sell him due to her divorce. I'm just wondering if he's still there? He'd be 26 by now so it would be a long shot, but I know he was still there about two years ago. He was the one in the stalls who had a sign outside saying 'please don't feed me I'm on a diet'
 
Shameless bump and to say I've just found a video from Oct 09 on youtube that had him in it so he must have been there then. He was also a notorious biter - although not when i had him.
 
I will ask my friend for you, she used to help out at Pontcanna until a few months ago and knows people who still help out there reguraly. :)
 
Hiya, I know this is very late but I thought you may still be interested.
Do, by Blue, you mean a grey pony around 12.2hh? [Pictures below-sorry they're not the best, I didn't take them]. If so, then yes he is still at CRS, and yes he is a notorious biter, but as far as everyone there is concerned, he is 24, not 26, his DOB being known of as 1988.
I work at CRS and so deal with him a lot, and as of right now (17.04.2012) he is in good health and is happy.
He lives in the stalls at CRS with a sign on the stall saying something along the lines of "Please ask a member of staff or helper to take me out as I am grumpy and may bite".
However, although he scares the little children, he's known affectionately to staff as 'Blueberry Muffin'.
