I've got a nice pair of Thinsulate gloves that got soaked yesterday, dried them out for today and they are a little crispy feeling. Should I put a bit of neatsfoot oil on them? I just don't want the leather to crack.
Care of leather gloves?

Yes, leather and water do not mix, dry out very slowly and rub in leather dressing.

All I've got is the neatsfoot atm, will that work or should I go shopping for something else?
