Can any one help with any knowledge of carpal tunnel syndrome in horses. Previous post brought no replies. Although I had never heard of horses getting this before my cob was diagnosed. Only someone I asked who is connected to polo horses is the only one to have heard of it. MY cob is very well and bouncing round paddock. during day and in at night. No prescribed drugs and no cold hosing or bandaging. Got to be rested untill January. Any experiences out there? thankyou.

Hi Beachy,
I too have never heard of this but I can say that I have had plenty of success with Carpal Tunnel in humans using a magnetic Pulse wristband. As it is a leg band rather than a boot it can be worn lower down the leg and over the tendon sheath which will be situated below the canon bone in the hollow above the hoof at the back.
the website is www.magnetic.uk.com
I hope this helps
Ray
