These phrases appear next to our names and are changed automatically by HHO. Do we have the ability to change or delete them ourselves?

I thought they reflect post count, older members dont have them so presume they only came in a few years ago.

Carpal tunnel and Pooh-Bah intrigued me so I googled them a while back:
Carpal tunnel syndrome is a medical condition causing numbness/pain in the hand/wrist - caused by writing lots of posts??!!!
A pooh-bah is person in a high position or of great influence!
