Carpal/tunnel

Hi I have noticed that many of you have written below your names Carpal/tunnel, what does this mean? Mine says Stranger and I don't know how to change it.

It's a joke they have made so many posts that they should have carpal tunnel syndrome!

You will become a newbie when you have more than 50 posts, but other thaan that you cannot alter it yourself.

You can't. It changes according to the number of posts you make. Carpal/tunnel suggesting you are a heavy user of the site and therefore could be susceptible to the aforementioned disease
