Hi all

I have been trying to get hold of a Cartwheel bit but am struggling to find any for sale for less than £85 which seems completely insane for a simple bit! Anyway when I do a google search for a cartwheel it keeps throwing up the Whitaker 5 point gag / Universal bit which is infinitely cheaper at about £35. However, I can't quite get my head round it and have never seen anyone use one. Have any of you got any feedback on it or even better do you know where I can get a cheap Cartwheel! Thanks, Emma

I'm sure this is a ridiculous question but what is the difference between the cartwheel bits and Liverpool driving bits? They're ten a penny. (aside from the curb chain obviously which could be removed)

My Welshy has the JW bit for hacking and schooling. It works well for him at the moment. It's a simple gag, but just a bit more wiggle room for strength depending on where you attach the reins and cheek piece. Not massively strong, but I wanted to try something before going to a Cheltenham gag.
