For any interested;
I'm hoping to find a case study who is a carer of an adult and could talk
about how they convinced an initially somewhat reluctant employer that
allowing them to work flexibly was a good idea. Ideally it would be someone
whose work pattern underwent quite a radical change.
This is for the recruitment section of the Independent.
