Cat has dirty nose

My 14 year old big fluffy ginger lad has had a similar nose for yonks.....literally a couple of years.....he's really well and very lively and playful but does sound "snuffly" on ccasions - you can hear him "breathing" (if you know what I mean!) - does this mean he could have a polyp? He's really "top dog" (!) in my "cat pack" of five and showing no signs of respiratory problems other than as stated. I'm worried now!:(

My cat has CLAMIDIA, I took her to a proper vet today [after the last one gave me a bill for £45 including a £30 fee for "consultation",,,, five mins in her presence].
Any way the same treatment [as it happens] was £10 less for consultation and £5 less for antibiotic.
Also got a good 45mins of chit chat, cat was properly examined all over, was given advice on possible problems, including advice on the other one [overweight], plus wormers and frontline [different name now], all in all a good £60 quids worth, and she did not try to sell me slimming food", toothpaste" or advise that I should resurrect my vaccination program.
