Our red point Siamese is 10 and has been diagnosed with kidney failure. Vet recommended Pronefra for him.the vet is unable to obtain said drug at present and we have also tried online. Can anyone help please?

I am so sorry to read this. Our beloved Siamese went downhill very rapidly - from first sign to emergency vet appointment was 18 hours. Our vet ran the bloods, but it was so rapid in our case that we opted to PTS. I hope you are able to obtain the Pronefra and that you have a better outcome.

Thank you View. We have kept Siamese for about 50 years!! And like other pedigree cats they are so prone to this disease so h's not our first. One we did lose in the same way you describe. Alfie is faring a little better but with some weight loss but still beautiful and loving.
