one of our cats seems to always have fleas on him! we used to use the drops until they seemed to stop so we started using the drontal spray again but he still has fleas!!! we cant use the collars because he is a nightmare and always loses them

does anyone know of other treatments we could try? ive heard of tablets but not sure about using them because he already has to have liquid medicine and is a savage when it comes to the lovely wormers :D

thanks guys

Hmm. Do you use the proper stuff from your vets? An application of Frontline or stronghold spot on drops should clear them up in no time. Failing that, the frontline spray is excellent but sometimes difficult to apply due to cats being beasties.....:)

Mkae sure you buy a household product aswell as treating the cat, incase he is being re-infested when the flead product wears off.
I use stronghold or frontline spray, I usally alternate and do the house with acclaim.

I've stopped using frontline - and only ever use stronghold now, which does a far better job. For more persistant problems you can get the cat jabbed at the vet.

Do make sure you treat the house as well though.
