What might cause an adult horse, in regular work, no change of conditions, or farrier to develop wonky feet?

Front feet are growing faster to inside than outside. Causing feet to look wonky by end of shoeing cycle.

Farrier said something going on, but unsure what?

Horse is sound, but lacks quality movement.

Regular vet checks, and physio and bodywork. Nothing jumps out.

Does he have any growth rings?
assuming you also posted this on boobs (if you are someone else apologies and not stalking!) insides are growing quicker, when you say quicker is the hoof straight or is the horse trying to produce flare?

I would absolutely say it is indicative of something going on, the flare on one hind was the first suspicion I had about F's hock and low and behold a bit later.

As to where to start that may be difficult, as it is both and the horse isn't moving fabulously I'd be tempted to nerveblock one side and see if the horse then looks lame as that gives you something to work with as a start point.
(I note horse also wears pads? is that just because of sole sensitivity or something else?)
