Oh Cayla, that poor little partially blind bitch . I know how my girl with her eyesight problems likes the security of familiar places, I do hope that poor girl finds an understanding home soon. Do you find it harder to find the "right" sort of home for rescue Sheps than other breeds or are there plenty of people willing to take them on?

Oh, bless them, bless them all! Loving that male, so handsome.
Poor saluki x and bull breed bitch
frown.gif

Thanks for posting, hope they all find good homes. If not, I can do some covert building while mother is away and shall invest in some gigantic jiffy bags

We are actually going to try and find a perminant kind of foster home for the little balck shep........and cover all her medical bills if her sight deteriorates......we are having to take it slowly as she is very nervy and does not like being indoors at present so she is keeneled with one of our very friendly shepherd boys(who is a permanent) due to him being x gueard dog and having medical issues himself.

I general we find homes for sheps pretty quick, that when the web site has not crashed, I will have to do the old posters in the vets malarky till I sort a new web site.

Bex......is the one that will be joining me on the night shift
smirk.gif
and no doubt staying....we love him in the rescue
grin.gif
grin.gif
he has a huge character and is possibly the biggest shep I have come across...............mty sister nearly had a hear attack when she saw him last night

Bless your cottons, Cala! It's a bit of an upsetting one, this post, but I'm sure all of the dogs are looking toward a brighter future.

What's the eye issue with the Shep? Does the little Staffie only have one eye, or is that the camera angle?

Speaking of bait dogs, our park has one--a red female Pit mix, but small at around 40lbs--and she is the sweetest little thing. Her head is pockmarked with scars
mad.gif
crazy.gif
but she is still trusting of other dogs and people.

Ah, I see. I *really* hope you find a good foster situation for her. Maddening, isn't it, when health ailments are down to nothing but neglect
