CC and opinions. Starting an older mare.

Give it a whirl, i cant see her being to much trouble, if she already been broken to harness half your battle is already won. FWIW trotters/pacers are lovely horses & usually have a fab temperament. We backed a 12yr old who hadnt never even had a head collar on till we had her, she took in all in her stride. Would definitely have another.

This.

From the look of the offsprings tummys I would budget a fair bit for wormers.
If you want her for yourself I don't see why not but if thinking of selling on I would give her a miss.

Was thinking for me and also as companion to friend's horse as she may be moving yards and ASBO cob likes ladies. Would have made a good project I think.

I like her, she looks a genuine sort. Go and see her, at worst it's just a wasted journey, so nothing to lose really :)

Worth a look: proceed with care. Good luck - let us know the outcome. Wonder why she is being sold? Enough coloured foals, perhaps?
