thanks

I think he is looking just right, could do with a bit more muscle and topline but that will come when you ride him again. He looks so much better than when you posted pics in the summer.

this is once of the best i have confo wise i could tri and get some later if hes not to giddy!

weight wise im glad even before the box rest he looked well but hes blooming now so im kinda glad!

his toes are a little longer than ussual not sure why havnt spoken to the farreir past 2 times hes done him... he assures me though hes working on his feet to have them less flat and raise the heel a little.

thanks :)

this is what he looked like in march 2011 ((when i will openly admit i didnt really know what i was doing :()

hi fara cat yes he is the same one... hes on box rest because he refuses to come in from the feild when out even if another leads infront... he only comes in if all the horses are taken is, so to manage his foot Vet has reccomended i keep him in a turn him out for a bit each day. im hoping from tomorrow though he can go back to living out.

to me his conformation looks good he is all in proportion but i am no expert asfar as i am concerned if they are sound when they work everything else is a bonus

his feet would be quite a concern for me if he was mine though

What a naughty lad!

thanks... his feet r miles better than last year and its a long slow process and his feet are comming on his hoof wall no longer crumbles like the use to... although his feet are still flat hes still better than befre and tbh they have gone flatter with the wet weatyer we had through summer... the farriers doing a good job. x

haha faracat he is hes snapped 4 lead ropes in 4 days and snapped all the string too and refuses to go in hisbstable i spent hr this morning coaxing him in... nightmare doesnt run but plants lol x

the quality of the hoof looks ok, and they dont look particularly flat but maybe thats the angle of the photo, they just look really long in the toe and like they could be putting a lot of strain on the tendons but obviously i did not see them before:)

his feet grow pretty quick and farrier ussuLly cuts them back short but wide and hes due to get shod at end of thisbweek so could be why they are looking long... they are not enxtreamly flat but i would like them bettwe xx
