I have decided to advertise for a sharer for my mare (you may remember that I was unsure about whether to do so due to possibility of moving soon, however it now looks like it will be some time before we move) so please could you lovely people have a read and see what you think of the ad? Thanks!

I am looking for a sharer for my 15hh, 13 yo arab mare, recently brought back into work after having foal, to hack her up to 5 times a week. She needs an experienced and patient rider as although well behaved and excellent manners she can be quite spooky in a typically arab way and is cold backed so needs patience when tacking up/mounting. Possibility of some school work for right rider and/or rides on my gelding, but primarily looking for someone who wants to hack my mare initially due to lack of time. Will need building up fitness/muscle gradually as I have not been able to be consistent with her over the past couple of months but is a lovely mare who will be a great friend and enjoyable hack for the right person. Sharer to pay a contribution towards shoes/livery and help out with stable duties on riding days. Riding days can be chosen by sharer- weekends included- and will consider anything from 1 day up to 5 days. Will also consider less financial contribution in exchange for more stable duties (flexible and open to negotiation). Prefer adult/mature teenager, no children please. Excellent hacking from yard with minimal roadwork- park, bridleway and woods all in close proximity. Easily accessible 5 mins from city centre with bus stop at top of drive.

I'd say that was very honest and comprehensive

Looks good to me. You could mention if the yard is large/small/friendly (i.e. likely to have people for sharer to hack out with) and if there is a school on-site for later but really that looks fine as it is.

I share a lovely spooky Arab - they are great fun!
