CC My oddly shaped horse please!

[Mare Stare]

This is my 3 year old.

All I know is that she has a big belly and a small bum! Her belly is naturally this shape. Its not a hay belly, worms or a foal.

Are there any other faults that I should be aware of and will she even out when she is in work?

What a cutie I'd say she has a very flat back, perhaps a hint of a roach in there although that could be the photo angle. Any idea of her breeding?

She's a bit of a Heinz 57 I am afraid. Her Mum is much heavier and more of a draught horse, possibly a Belgium x, and has a pronounced roach back. I didn't breed her btw. I bought them as mare with foal at foot.

She's 3, I wouldn't worry about it. My heinz 57 is only just looking normal at 7

My 3 y/old looks similar - flat backed and weak quartered. Hopefully it's an age thing!
