CC On Showjumping Round Please?

Have you been doing much at this height? Only she looked like she was againing confidence towards the end and not digging in so deep which can be a sign of unconfidence (my buy does it XC- it's terrifying!).

Nice rhythm and she looks like she has lots of scope. I'm no expert, but I would say practice slowing and collecting a fraction to get better balance and perhaps keep her a bit more 'up together' with her backend underneath so easier to spring up and over.

She looks a natural!

She's looking so much better, it seems to have clicked now. Would like to see her hocks a bit more active though so controlling the front end to let the back end catch up (lots of leg) you'll be suprised how much leg you need on wizzy ponies.

Just a question what boots do you jump in? Are they open fronted?

erm quite a while now, shes been jumping 1m/discoverys too so she shouldt have much of a problem jumping 90s its just me :o, yeah speed is still a bit of a issue, but will work on pole work and grids at home when i get the chance, and yeah iv had flatwork lessons helping me to get her on her hocks etc so hopfully will get there soon, yes there tendon boots and no back ones :) thanks alot :) xx

Are they open front ones? If not she may be getting a bit careless. Have you got any heavy wooden poles? We had a pony who got a bit careless but we jumped him other some big wooden poles and he soon picked his feet up. :p

Only CC I have really is to slow down!

You have a good rhythm, its just a bit of the fast side. So i'd just say sit and wait and bit more rather than "diving" at the fences, pony will find it alot easier to pick up and clear the fences too :)
