Struggling with cellulites it's nearly 3 wk currently on liquid antibiotics swelling has come down but wen stabled at night comes back up, what are people's experience with this

Can you leave out at night? Is he on the correct antibiotic?

Unfortunately have a lot of experience with this 
Took nearly 2 months to finally knock it on the head when Fabio had it. Would go then 48 hours after stopping antibiotics his leg would swell again
What liquid antibiotic are you using? The only one that eventually worked was Baytril. A months worth!! It's expensive but worked. I would say that even when you think the cellulitis is gone, keep using antibiotics for at least another week.
Is the leg just fat or is the skin broken/weeping? If it is then sweat wrap with flamazine/clingfilm/bandage.
Are you bandaging at night? Standing still all night will definitely make it worse.
Also cold hose at least 3-4 times a day for 20 mins and once not lame as much hand walk as you can to get movement and bring the swelling down.
