How much do you think molasses can affect behaviour? My mare is usually a nice ride, not easy, but never bucks.....however I changed her chaff last week as my feed guy didn't have my usual stuff. Its just some apple chaff I have her on, usually calmer chaff. Over the weekend she got brighter, then a bit stroppy to handle by the start of the week, and today she took to napping and bucking when I gave her a row ! am I being daft thinking its the chaff?
