Chaffed bottom?!?

Noticed yesterday that between B's bottom cheeks it looked chaffed. Looks like he's taken the top layer of skin off and it's pink. Put sudocream on last night and this am.

Any ideas, can only think he's got warm at some point and sweated there. Can't think of much else to do apart from putting cream on, he's not bothered at all about you touching it and he's generally a big wuss xx

Could also his poo is a bit runnier due to spring grass, and some poo has got left between the cheeks while he's been getting warm/exercising = chaffing.
