200-1 group winner. Surprisingly quite that odds when you look at past form but cracking. Number 2 in the fillies and mares Etrange is white. Some gorgeous looking horses in this race and some serious stars today.

Lots of geldings winning

Wanted Ombudsman to win hes gorgeous

Not a fan of pacemakers, especially when horses that are potentially good in their own right are being sacrificed

I can’t remember how the rule works now, but every horse has to ridden to achieve the best possible placing I always wondered how that works with pacemakers although I think there is a specific rule about them now although I can’t remember what it is without looking.

I loved the fact that those 2 outsiders won. Their jockeys were so happy and one ended up getting his prize from the Queen.

It was so nice to see them front and centre in the limelight for once.

I also liked the interview with Billy Loughnane and that he came 2nd in the jockey's championship.

Fabulous racing on good ground with the going for once giving no opportunity for 'excuses'.
