PetID you have to send back, I think it's around a tenner. Download the change of ownership forms from the website and post off with the passport. They'll send you a temporary passport (Just a piece of paper really!) and then yours comes back stamped and with your details in about a week. That's what happened with mine anyway and mine's PetID

My boy is a Holstein and has a German passport from Verband der Züchter des Holsteiner Pferdes
I have had him since June but haven't changed it yet as I'm not quite sure what to do.

Does this mean I have to send the passport back to Germany?

Bella's is with the Welsh Pony & Cob Society and had to send it off. Was back in a week and only cost a tenner

OMG that must be a record!! When I sent the Welsh Cob's passport off it took them over 2 months before I got it back, at the time I was told this was quite normal!!

Some can be done online, I am not sure if PetID will, but just look them up for details.
