Change of ownership on Weatherbys racing passport- help please!

I bought my new neddy last week (YAY for me, sad times for my bank account!), now I'm trying to find the form to fill out for change of ownership.

He's ex P2P, the form I've found says "for horses registered with Weatherbys that are not currently racing, foals and yearlings yet to go into training, retired racehorses and mares/stallions retired from stud".

The placing of "not" has confused me- does this form not apply to anything on that list, or is it for retired racehorses and horses that are currently not racing?

It's titled "record of ownership in the general stud book or non-thoroughbred register". Obviously he is a TB, but I can't seem to find anything else.

That's what I thought, but I sometimes get confused when the "not" is at the start of the list. The first time I read it I thought I had the right one, then read it again and had a dilemma!
 
Hi,

That is the correct form, you just need to fill it out and send it to Weatherbys with your horse's passport and the money! If you would rather pay by card then you can just note on it that this is how you would rather pay and could they ring you, then they can take the details over the phone.
