Hope someone can advise...
I have had my horse for several years but due to him having a foreign passport I haven't sent it back to the organisation that issued the passport to have the ownership details updated and stamped.
Firstly - Is this a problem?
Secondly - Is there a UK based organisation that has the authority to do this for me? I do not really want to send my horses passport abroad.
My horse is not currently FEI registered but may have to be this year if he goes 2*.
