Changing a wintec gullet

There is a screw under the skirt on either side - undo this. Then there is another screw on each side of the underside of the saddle, which needs to be removed. The material over the gullet then pulls off, its held on with velcro. change the gullet over, put back the velcro and replace the srews. Its quite easy - you can't really go wrong. Good luck!
 
It's really very easy....as has been mentioned there are only 4 screws to unscrew. main thing to be careful of is not to cross thread the screw when you replace them. It should only take you literally a few minutes..Good Luck

Pah! I always find it takes 2 strong people, a litre of sweat, an equal amount of coffee (or brandy on really bad days) and a selection of screwdrivers

Seriously, it isn't too difficult but can be a bit fiddly - don't be too worried if you are struggling a bit, new ones in particular can be a bit stiff
 
I agree - extra arms are helpful!

Dont forget to give it a while to settle once you have changed it... they often seem a little narrow until they settle...
