Changing headplate in wow

Tried on the wow I bought off ebay and it came with a no 1 and a no 3 headplate.It has no 1 in which is far too narrow[ I knew it would be] I want to try the no 3 ,do I just undo the two things on the top of the pommel[ studs,screw]
I will get it fitted properly after xmas [ fitter away at present]but would like to try it with a no 3 in.

Weezy that is great but I still don't understand as it starts with a saddle in pieces ,do I just undo the things on the outside with an alum key.Also is there supposed to be words over the video as I didn't get any.
