Changing ownership with AES?

I'm probably just being blonde, but I can't find any form/link on the Anglo European Studbook website, so I can change the ownership on my horse's passport! If you know how would be great help please

All explained on the link below, on right hand side if you scroll down a little way, updating owner details, you send the passport, your details with a cheque and they update it, no form required, they don't say how much they want so you may need to contact them first.
Just found the cost, £28, go to payments page, link just to the left of the update part.
