changing passport

Hi my horse has a Bulgarian passport but the issuer does not exist any more who can I send it to to get the owner ship changed

I'd assume that if your PIO does not exist anymore and no other society has taken over their role then you could perhaps apply for a new one from where ever is cheapest?

Have you tried googling the breed society or passport issuer as there could be something on internet. My horse has american passport but i registered him with weatherbys as he a tb. Could just try the uk version if possible. What breed is your horse?
