Changing routine

Has anyone got any advice on how to help a horse adjust to a new routine, especially changing from 24/7 turnout to in at night and out in the day. Also on changing yards.

I'd advise you to do it in one clean cut- dont mess around adjusting turnout times etc. Once in the new routine keep it very constant

my pony was very stressed with a change the same as this, stopped eating his hay and got very pushy in and out of the stable, i put him on dodson and horrell placid supplement and it seemed to help calm him down and settle him.
