Changing their food

When changing from puppy food to adult food, if I give him the same brand and flavour (wainwrights salmon & potato) will I need to do it gradually or should I do a straight swap?

Also, in the future if I want to change flavours but use the same brand, would that need doing over a course of time?

doing it gradually is no hardship and just helps to prevent and upset tummies whilst you do it
