Changing to short billets?

I have decided I would prefer a dressage saddle for my youngster when he is backed but hate long billets. Is it easy to get them changed for short ones?

Yes just get a saddler to change them. I do think you'd have to avoid saddles with the front point strap though. A lady on my last yard had an Arabian Co dressage saddle made with shorter girth straps so she could use a normal girth.
