Just seen it on the news.. raining there, 4 miles of queues to get into carparks due to the fact metal tracking stops as you go a little way into field, so having to tow cars in .. looked fairly empty showground as well, was going to go Wednesday, might not bother now
 
so much for them gloating that the 'rumour' that their show wouldn't go ahead was some sort of 'english plot' due to us losing a day of the Royal and that they were safely going ahead with good preparations....

esp. as Wales is known for a lot of rain....
 
I dont understand this ' the show must go on' mentality - do they seriously think its some kind of war against nature. Just postpone the show...its simply ridiculous not to.
The money they would have lost postponing it probably is the same they will lose because no-one fancies being knee deep in mud and being towed everywhere.
Makes you wonder...
