Hello everyone, we are considering renting out one of our boxes for diy livery (small family yard). The facilities include tack room, haybarn, all year grazing, 20x40 arena, quiet hacking. We are based in West Sussex. Any idea on how much monthly charge would be around here.
Many thanks for your help.

In Essex for DIY with what facilities you describe I would expect to pay £25 per week excluding any bedding ect, although there are some DIY yards here that change £30 per week too.

Think yous should all move over here, My friend is paying £10 a week for DIY livery, at first yard i paid £40 a week for full livery and then went to DIY livery at £15 a week.

To rent a yard here its about £50 a week, to get full livery at a riding stables is about the same price for one horse!

We charge £30 a week - no hay or bedding. But we buy in all bedding and hay and sell it to customers at cost. All stables have rubber matting automatic drinkers. We have a gallop, an all weather arena, jump paddock and we poo pick all the fields. We put in breakfast and turn out in the morning so our DIYs only have to come once a day

In your area I would expect to pay £25-£30 PW

In Essex on a large livery yard with two outdoor menages, 24 hour grazing (summer) and 12 hour (winter) with post and rail fencing, hay storage, alarmed tack room, feed room, stables are indoors with automatic drinkers, we have an all weather track round the farm is £130 a month

I'd say £25 a week with no bedding/hay included
I think it's as important especially on a small yard to get the right owner/horse combination for your set up
