Camilla Milbank, 34, is back home in Newmarket after months of surgery and treatment in the National Spinal Injuries Centre at Stoke Mandeville Hospital. Camilla, who broke her neck in July when she fell from a horse she was exercising for trainer Luca Cumani, left for Lambourn yesterday for 10 days physiotherapy treatment at Oaksey House, the Injured Jockeys' Fund specialist facility.

She hopes to return to her job at Juddmonte Farms and her mother, top caterer Wendy Milbank, said: "She is truly an inspiration, she will try anything and determined not to let her injuries get her down."
