Charity Fun Show, Kilmacolm

We're having a Charity Fun Show on 9th June to raise funds for Cancer Research UK. As all proceeds will be going to charity are we allowed to promote this event on the forum? Don't want to get in to trouble! If we're allowed then I'll post more details.
