Sounds a super idea, and a couple of people are available that can give lessons to people without horses too!

I'd definitely be up for being a pupil and hopefully by february I'll have a horse!

If I had a horse my name would be down already!
Sounds like a fab idea, looking forward to the photo threads already!

Someone on the thread (charlie??) has offered lessons for horseless people

I would definitely be up for paying for a lesson, although I have no transport (but access to decent school?) and I am not entirely sure what you real grown up horse owning folk would make of my cow coloured tank pony!!

Oh, and if anybody horseless wanted a lesson on a tank, and could get to him with instructor, I'd be happy to lend him for an hour or so!!

Don't be daft!! I'm crap, and my fat horse is some what lacking in the brakes department!!

Nobody will look like a bigger numpty than me I promise!!!

I would quite like it if somebody borrowed him for a jumping lesson though, its not my forte AT ALL, but he loves it!!

I don't think it matters what age/standard/discipline you are, anybody can join in afaik

I've offered a lesson in NI and I would do more than one if there were enough takers

oy, that's enough of that talk! we're starting tomorrow, remember?!?!

anyway, anyone can improve in a lesson, you don't need to be competitive etc etc, if pics/vids can show an improvement, then we can learn from how the improvement was gained etc. hope that makes sense!

Erm, I could offer a poledancing lesson...not quite the same really! Good idea though, anyone wanna teach me how to sit a bronching baby?!

nice idea!
well, if anyone can do a Masterclass in how to sit a broncing baby then I need it too, very very obviously.
(AN says that as long as you can still see their ears, you're okay... hope that helps!)

Ha Ha!! CCP.. Sounds like you'll be pretty much professional by the time lessons come around!!! Am very jealous, if only I could find an excuse to work part time or not work at all!!!!

If not maybe we can share a numpty lesson.. you with your nice slinky raff horse, and me with my lovely cow pony doing his very best tractor 'I used to be a driving pony don't you know' impression.. We'll either be better by the end or atleast everybody can have a bit of a giggle!!

I've volunteered O. to teach - he's rather good at sitting bronking babies -
