Is there any way that horse would be suitable for RDA ? They provide a home for life and even slight unsoundness may be ok for slow work being led with very disabled riders.

Someone I know gave 2 14.2hh to local RDA and they were there for 15 and 12 years.

RDA always puts horse down when it is no longer comfortable or able to work

Oh, no, it's nothing like that. I've just heard that someone I know has 'given' their horse to some sort of charity/retirement home down in Kent because they couldn't afford to keep it. However, the person who told me about this didn't know what the place was called.

I was just being nosy.
