Charity needs large rugs for rescue horse - Leeds

Hope Pastures took in a large rescue horse yesterday. He is in very poor condition and the rugs he arrived with have rubbed him sore.

They are appealing for some large 6'6" or 6'9" rugs if anyone has any going spare.

They didn't say but I picked him up and he was pitfully thin. The rug that came with him was a medium weight but its too small and has rubbed sores on his hips.

Although I envy Amy and Sophie their jobs, thats one part I dont think I could handle every day.

Thanks everyone for the offer of rugs - they are greatly appreciated.

I will post some pics of him this evening and some details. He had a groom yesterday and a mini makeover. He is such a sweetie.
