Charity or scam?

I have seen someone advertising who are claiming to be a charity - will take in any unwanted horses or if you can no longer afford to keep them, etc but they appear to be selling them on one being a 20yo for £400 another a 11yo tb out of work £1500 so not a nominal fee! Surely this can't be right?

Sounds somewhat like a scam to me, as in 'give me your horse for free and I will sell it'. Check for a charity number and google the name of who ever is fronting the 'charity' and see what comes up. I would have nothing to do with this, at all.

Yes, thats my view on it. They are also advertising for free tack and helpers! no mention of a charity number and no full name.
