Charles Owen Ayr8 VS PROtector hats?

I can't decide! I'm due a new hat and I've tried both on and love each one equally!
Any pros/cons?!

I have the protector and like it


However the harness can be a little scratchy.
The CO wouldn't scratch as easily

If you like them Both equally I would go with CO

I have both, although the the PROtector is the skull version. I love both of them so would struggle to choose a favourite (not much help!). Maybe rob a bank and buy both?!

I love the Ary8 but it didn't fit my head shape at all when I tried one so I got a Pro instead which is awesome to. I don't get the scratchy harness but the laces at the back do tickle my neck, so irritating! The good thing with pros is the safety is fab and you can send them to be checked for damage if you have a fall. Still think the Ayr8 looks nicer though, was desperate for a brown leather one with gold stripe

The CO one I wanted was the leather-look one so I would have to be equally careful about scratching it.
My last hat was a CO so that's why I initially went to look at one.

I have had 2 PROtectors, and unfortunately each time I haven't been completely sold on them. I tried on a Ayr8 just a few days ago as i have just sold my PRO, and found it a lot comfier and a better fit in general. Another thing i would say about the PRO's is that they always scratch really easy so make sure to keep the cover on them.
