Or any other shoulder contraption for that matter?
I tend to ride with my shoulders too far forward, even when I am trying very hard to push them back! Obviously this must affect the weight balance for the horse and means I do not get many nice dressage pics either!

Also I have quite bad posture anyway, was wondering if anyone has the Charles Owen Shoulders Back, or any other make they might use?
If so does it actually work as I am considering buying one?
Probably just to use whilst riding and when I am sitting at my desk doing uni work!
Thanks

I dont but would like one, i was going to say things like yoga and pilates help with posture in general (which i am sure you know!) and are great for riding. Also went to a demo by a lady who does pilates on horseback and gives lessons (on the subject of other things, not a contraption though) that really helps with your position and making you think about your shoulders! Just figured i would throw that one out there!

Thats weird as I was gongi to suggest the same I went to Pilates and it really helped me insrtead of wearing a support might be worth trying?

I've had shoulders back for a few years and they're easy to wear, not particularly restrictive and quite effective.

I have the same problem and tried a very similar product but it was utterly useless (especially if your problem is specifically the shoulders and not so much collapsingin your lower back). Unfortunately I threw it away a couple of days ago otherwise you would be welcome to it!

Another vote for pillates, it really helps!
