I went to an evening talk that Charlie gave a few years ago and it was excellent. I was booked to go to his clinic yesterday but pony had choke so I couldn't go ( all paid as well) I was very disappointed, but also felt a bit sad that despite texting both Charlie and his assistant to tell them I didn't think I would be there, and why, I got no response at all . At least a "thanks for telling us" would have been polite! Hey ho!
