Chase Farm XC Schooling?

There don't seem to be many xc places open for schooling at the moment, but chase farm in surrey seems to be from looking at their website.
Just wondering if anyone's been there what the course is like?
Does it have a good variety of jumps?

I have been here a few times, ages ago. From what I remember, there were a variety of fences from 2'3" to maybe 3', & a water complex. It's not a huge area, it's round 2 or 3 fields. I had a nice time till a cow put her head through the hedge, my pony skidded to a halt in horror, & I fell off in a ditch!
