Does anyone feed this to their mares to help with seasons?

I feed my tb mare feedmark steady up as she is generally a fizzy type but she is also mare ish so was thinking of adding this to her feed as well

Yes I do, has de-stressed the stressy warmblood

However I was also told to feed Yeasac.

One of them is working, or maybe both, very happy with the results

I do. My tb was a total cow last year so im trying chaste berrys this year. I grind them up as i was finding undigested berries in her poo.

She had a couple of seasons before i started her on it this year

She had a couple of seasons before i started feeding her CB but they were very mild. She has continued to be very even tempered this year so i dont know how much of an affect it has had!

Ooh sounds good so far, I don't know how much of her behavior is stressyness and how much is mare ish! I definately saw a difference when I started with steady up but not so much anymore....

For the price of chastetree berry I might try it as well!
