See if you can find the facebook groups like 'Horses in the Midlands' 'Leicester and Rutland equestrians' 'Horses in the Midlands' there are always people selling rugs on those. Also look for the local riding club facebook pages as club members post 'for sale' ads too - Burbage riding club, national forest riding club, Atherstone & district riding club' etc etc.
I'd also suggest keeping an eye out for the horsey table top sales, I sold a whole load of rugs last time i did a table, and there were loads of other people selling rugs too.
